Turn sales calls into an account brief
Sales, CRM & outreach · checked 2026-10-17
Granola captures the call without a bot joining. Claude reads your recent meetings with a prospect through Granola's MCP server and drafts a one-page account brief and next steps. You check it, then paste the update into HubSpot.

Confirmed
Confirmed means the vendor documents it (linked). It doesn't mean IonBin has tested it. AI-platform and human steps need no source.

Watch out for
Tell everyone on the call that it is being transcribed, and follow local consent rules.
Starter prompt
Using my Granola meetings with {company} from the last 60 days, write a one-page account brief: what they need, objections raised, who decides, open questions, and the three next steps. Quote the transcript where it matters and mark anything you are inferring.
Written for this workflow. Paste it into your AI platform and adjust it to your situation.
Every MCP and API step is documented for this platform.

Computed from the MCP and API steps only: "Confirmed" needs the tool's docs to name the platform and the platform to support the connection. Browser, upload and human steps work from any platform.
What we checked (2026-10-17)
Granola takes notes from your computer’s audio, so no bot joins the call. Its MCP server lets AI tools search meeting notes, browse meetings and pull out action items or decisions, signing in with browser OAuth. On the free Basic plan MCP reaches personal notes from the last 30 days, and some folder, search and transcript tools are only on paid plans; Business ($14 per user per month) adds public workspace notes, and on Enterprise an admin chooses the scopes. Granola’s own setup steps for Claude start with “make sure you’re signed up to a paid plan”, then Settings > Connectors.
Set it up
Use Granola on your sales calls and tell attendees the call is being transcribed.
Connect Granola in Claude under Settings > Connectors.
Before a follow-up, ask Claude for a one-page brief on that account from the last 60 days of meetings, quoting the transcript where it matters and marking anything inferred.
Check the brief against what you remember, then update the HubSpot deal yourself.
