Confirmed means the vendor documents it (linked). It doesn't mean IonBin has tested it. AI-platform and human steps need no source.

Human approval

You approve notes before they are logged.

Keep the human approval step: You approve notes before they are logged.

What we checked (2026-10-17)

  • Otter MCP has Get user info, Search and Fetch, which returns a full transcript. It signs in with OAuth, and you can set permissions for each tool in your client’s connector settings. Otter lists it in Claude’s connectors directory and as a ChatGPT app. We didn’t find a plan requirement.
  • Otter pricing. Basic is $0 with 300 minutes a month. Pro is $16.99 per user per month at list price.
  • HubSpot remote MCP can read and write CRM records and activities, including notes. If Sensitive Data is turned on, activity data is blocked.

Set it up

  1. Connect Otter and HubSpot to Claude.
  2. Ask Claude to search last week’s customer calls and draft one note per account: what was discussed, open questions and next steps.
  3. Read each note and fix names, numbers and commitments.
  4. Approve the notes, then let Claude log each one on the matching HubSpot record. Spot-check that it picked the right record.
