Send form submissions to your CRM and score them

Sales, CRM & outreach · checked 2026-10-17

Make watches Jotform for new submissions and creates or updates the contact in HubSpot (or a person and lead in Pipedrive). Claude then reads new contacts, scores each lead with a reason, and you decide who to contact.

Starter prompt

Goal: Respond first to the leads most likely to buy. Tools involved: Make, HubSpot, Claude. Your part: claude reads the new contacts through hubspot’s remote mcp server; scores each lead with a one-line reason. Work step by step, show me each draft or proposed change, and wait for my approval before anything is sent, published, signed, filed or changed in a live system.

What we checked (2026-10-17)

  • Make’s Jotform app has a Watch for Submissions trigger and a Get Form Submissions action.
  • Make’s HubSpot CRM app has Create or Update a Contact, which avoids duplicates when someone submits twice.
  • Make’s Pipedrive app has Create a Person and Create a Lead, if Pipedrive is your CRM.
  • HubSpot remote MCP can read CRM records, so Claude can pull the contacts the scenario created. If Sensitive Data is turned on, activity data is blocked.
  • Pricing. Make has a $0 plan with 1,000 credits a month. Core is $12 a month billed annually.

Set it up

  1. In Make, start with Jotform Watch for Submissions and map each form field to a HubSpot contact property, or to Pipedrive person and lead fields.
  2. Run the scenario once with a test submission and check the record.
  3. Each morning, ask Claude to score the newest contacts against your criteria and give a reason for each score.
  4. Set lead status yourself. Scores are a sorting aid, and you can override any of them.
