What we checked
ClickUp MCP works on all ClickUp plans and manages tasks with assignees, priorities and due dates, so an AI platform can read the finished task and its custom fields.
monday.com MCP is hosted (no local setup) and can query boards and items. Its tool calls count toward your account’s daily API call limit.
QuickBooks Online MCP is Intuit’s open-source local server. It offers create, read, update, delete and search for invoices, customers, items and other entities. You need your own Intuit Developer app and a one-time browser sign-in. Intuit’s hosted AI pilot is by invitation only.
FreshBooks API creates invoices in Draft status, so nothing reaches the client until you send it.
No automatic trigger here
This page runs when you ask the agent. If you want a status change to start it, Make’s ClickUp app has a Watch Tasks trigger for created or updated tasks, and Make’s QuickBooks app manages invoices. We haven’t tested that scenario end to end, so add a filter for your Done status and test it on a sample task first.
