Each morning, Claude reads your ClickUp tasks, Notion notes and Reclaim calendar over MCP and writes a short brief: priorities, conflicts and decisions waiting on you.

Keep the human approval step: The brief is read-only; you make every change.

Starter prompt

Goal: Start each day knowing what matters. Tools involved: ClickUp, Notion, Reclaim, Claude. Your part: tasks due and overdue; recent notes and decisions; today’s calendar and scheduled tasks through reclaim’s mcp server. Work step by step, show me each draft or proposed change, and wait for my approval before anything is sent, published, signed, filed or changed in a live system.

What we checked (2026-10-17)

  • ClickUp MCP works on all ClickUp plans and can list tasks with due dates, assignees and priorities.
  • Notion MCP can search and read the pages and databases your Notion account can access.
  • Reclaim MCP gives AI tools calendar context. Any changes it makes are staged in Preview Mode before they apply, but this brief only reads.
  • Scheduling. None of these servers runs the brief on a timer. Run the prompt each morning yourself, or use your AI client’s scheduling feature if it has one.
  • Pricing. ClickUp, Notion and Reclaim (Lite) all have $0 plans.

Set it up

  1. Connect ClickUp, Notion and Reclaim to Claude.
  2. Save one prompt: “Read tasks due today and overdue in ClickUp, notes edited in the last day in Notion, and today’s Reclaim calendar. Write a brief of no more than 200 words: top three priorities, conflicts, and decisions waiting on me. Don’t change anything.”
  3. In your client, turn on approval for write tools so the brief stays read-only.
  4. You make the changes the brief suggests.
