  • Handoffs. Text says that when a conversation needs a person, your team picks it up with full context. Plans include chat transfer and chat routing rules.
  • Text MCP lets Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client pull, summarize and report on your tickets and chats. It’s useful for the weekly review, not for live replies.

Set it up

  1. Train the AI Agent on your top questions and policies.
  2. Set routing so billing, complaints and anything unclear go straight to a person.
  3. Watch how many resolutions you use against your plan’s allowance.
  4. Each week, review AI answers (Text MCP can summarize them) and fix the source answer, not just the reply.
