Record calls with consent, let a notetaker produce a summary with next steps, and push key fields such as budget, timeline and objections into the CRM automatically. Reps stop typing notes and managers see the real pipeline. Review summaries before they drive forecasts.
Sales calls contain the most useful buyer information, which rarely makes it into the CRM in full.
Example: Fireflies and HubSpot (checked 2026-10-16). Fireflies’ HubSpot integration pushes meeting notes, summaries and a link to the full transcript to the matching contacts, companies and deals, and turns action items into HubSpot tasks. Logging notes under deals is off by default; you turn it on and can pick a pipeline and stage. Saving full transcripts needs a Fireflies Pro plan or higher, and rules that choose which meetings get logged need Business or higher.
For deal fields, Fireflies’ Autofill CRM extracts values such as deal stage, amount, next steps or close date, including custom properties you define with your own prompts, and lets you append to or overwrite each field. Nothing is sent to HubSpot until someone reviews and approves it. Autofill CRM is on Business and Enterprise plans and uses one AI credit per extraction. Fireflies and HubSpot also publish MCP servers, so an agent can read call notes and update records directly.
