Access many AI models from one platform

What it is

Different models are good at different things, and new ones arrive constantly. A multi-model platform puts many of them behind one account, one bill and often one API.

How it works

1. Decide what you need: side-by-side chat comparisons, creative models (image, video, music), or one API for your own apps.
2. Pick a platform type:
   • Chat apps with many models: Gab AI (flagship, open and niche models plus image, video and audio models).
   • API routers: OpenRouter, Gab’s OpenAI-compatible API (it needs a Gab AI Plus subscription and bills from a credit balance) or Perplexity’s Agent API, which offers models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI and others with published per-model token prices. You change one model id to switch vendors.
3. Pin models for production work so routing changes don’t alter results.
4. Check data handling for each underlying provider.
