Draft proposals and chase signatures
Sales, CRM & outreach · checked 2026-10-16
Pull the deal from HubSpot, have your AI platform draft the proposal content, create the document from a PandaDoc template through its MCP server, and later ask which documents are still unsigned.

Goal
Cut proposal turnaround and stop losing track of unsigned contracts.
PandaDoc runs separate global (mcp.pandadoc.com) and EU (mcp.pandadoc.eu) servers. Each sees only its own region’s documents, and the Claude directory listing connects to the global one.
Confirmed means the vendor documents it (linked). It doesn't mean IonBin has tested it. AI-platform and human steps need no source.

Starter prompt
Goal: Cut proposal turnaround and stop losing track of unsigned contracts. Tools involved: HubSpot, PandaDoc. Your part: returns the deal and line items; drafts scope and pricing sections from the deal; creates the document from a template. Work step by step, show me each draft or proposed change, and wait for my approval before anything is sent, published, signed, filed or changed in a live system.

Computed from the MCP and API steps only: "Confirmed" needs the tool's docs to name the platform and the platform to support the connection. Browser, upload and human steps work from any platform.
What we checked
HubSpot’s remote MCP server can read and write deals, line items, quotes and products, and you control access through a user-level app and its scopes. An account admin has to connect first. PandaDoc’s MCP server lets AI tools read, create and update documents and templates. PandaDoc runs two servers: global and European. Authentication fails if the server’s region doesn’t match your account, and each server returns only its own region’s documents. PandaDoc notes that its Claude directory connector reaches the global server only, so EU accounts add the EU URL as a custom connector. PandaDoc publishes setup steps for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor.
Set it up
Connect HubSpot and PandaDoc MCP servers, picking the PandaDoc URL for your region.
Ask for the deal and its line items, then a draft scope and pricing section.
Have the assistant create the document from your PandaDoc template.
Review terms and pricing yourself and send from PandaDoc.
Later, ask which documents are still unsigned and approve any reminders.
