IonBin provides general information and software comparisons, not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Tax and legal rules vary by situation and jurisdiction; consult a qualified professional (CPA, enrolled agent or attorney) before acting.
AI tools can make mistakes. Verify every figure against the original documents and official IRS or state guidance before filing or signing.
Redact Social Security numbers, account numbers and EINs before uploading documents to any AI assistant, and check its data-retention settings. Upload originals only to the filing or signing software.
Requirements vary by state. File through official sources such as the USPTO trademark search and your state’s Secretary of State site.
Use payroll software as the system of record and a controlled document collection for policies. Give an assistant only the approved, redacted material needed to draft a checklist or comparison. A responsible person checks jurisdiction, effective dates and employee-specific exceptions before publishing a policy or approving payroll.
Paid placement never changes a stack.
Retain approved payroll and employee records in the source system.
Keep effective dates, reviewers and approved instructions together.
Turn approved source material into a draft checklist.
Configure access deliberately; a connection is not automatically read-only. Do not upload personnel files to an assistant merely to make a generic checklist. A qualified reviewer resolves employment-law questions and the payroll owner approves changes.
Connection methods are proposed from recorded capabilities, not evidence that IonBin tested the complete workflow. Check supported actions, account access and file direction before setup. "Manual" means no documented direct route is recorded here.
