Set it up

  1. Connect HubSpot’s remote MCP server. It uses OAuth with PKCE, and it only shows the records the signed-in rep can see.
  2. Connect Gamma’s MCP server.
  3. Keep a one-pager template in Gamma (problem, outcome, proof, next step) and ask the AI to fill it from the deal’s company, contacts and recent notes.
  4. The rep checks every claim, edits tone, exports to PDF and sends it.
