What we checked
lemlist’s API creates webhooks that send real-time POST callbacks for the events you pick, including emailsReplied and reply events for LinkedIn, WhatsApp and SMS. One URL can only be registered once, so either subscribe it to every event and filter in n8n, or use a separate URL per event type. Instantly’s webhooks include reply_received, which carries the reply text, plus lead status events such as lead_interested. In n8n, the Webhook node receives the call, and the Text Classifier node sends each reply to a model with the categories you set, such as interested, not now and unsubscribe. n8n’s Pipedrive node can create deals, persons and notes. A rep answers every interested reply personally.
