Lindy’s Meeting prep routine sends a briefing before each call. Lindy pulls the contact’s history through its HubSpot integration and drafts a follow-up, which you edit and send yourself.

What we checked (2026-10-17)

  • Lindy Meeting prep is a built-in personal routine you switch on from the Routines page. You can get prep as a daily digest or a set number of minutes before each meeting, by email or text. The briefing covers attendee context, previous meetings with the same people and the agenda.
  • HubSpot is one of Lindy’s built-in integrations. Lindy can also connect to hosted MCP servers if you need a tool it doesn’t integrate with.
  • Guardrails. Lindy lets you set each integration to ask for approval before writing, but its docs say guardrails apply only in shared Slack threads, not in web chat, Slack DMs or text. That’s why sending is a manual step here.
  • Cal.com adds bookings to your connected calendar, which is where Lindy finds upcoming meetings.
  • Pricing. Lindy has a $0 start with $50 in credits for 7 days. Team is from $29.99 a month.

Set it up

  1. Turn on Meeting prep and choose which meetings get a briefing.
  2. Connect HubSpot and ask Lindy to include open deals and the last activity for each contact.
  3. After the call, ask for a follow-up draft, edit it and send it from your own inbox.
