What we checked

  • Remote pricing (checked 2026-10-17): employer of record from $599 per employee a month, and contractor management from $29 per contractor a month. These are starting prices. Get a quote for your country, because employer costs (taxes and mandatory benefits) come on top of the EOR fee.
  • Julius AI has no MCP server or API you can call, so you upload the CSV yourself. It analyzes files and creates charts. There’s a $0 tier, and paid plans start at $16 a month billed annually.
  • The fees come from your quotes. This page doesn’t supply cost figures. Put the numbers from your own quotes in the CSV.

Set it up

  1. Build a CSV with one row per scenario: contractor, EOR, and (if relevant) your own entity. Include the fee, salary or rate, employer costs from the quote, and any one-off costs.
  2. Upload it to Julius and ask for total annual cost per scenario, plus a chart.
  3. Classification is the real question. Whether someone can be treated as a contractor depends on the country’s rules and how the work is done, so review it with HR or counsel before you decide.
