Justworks lists PEO Basic at $79 and PEO Plus at $124 per employee a month (checked 2026-10-17). PEO Plus adds medical, dental and vision administration, HSA and FSA accounts, and other benefits. It has no MCP server, and its API is for approved partners, so employees enrol in Justworks themselves.
Claude’s role is drafting. Every statement about coverage, costs or deadlines has to match the plan documents, so HR checks each one before anything goes out.
