Start with the accounting system and source records. Work from a dated export, reconcile totals and ask an assistant to explain discrepancies without inventing adjustments. A bookkeeper or accountant approves classifications and entries. Keep supporting documents and a decision log; a polished summary does not make unreconciled numbers reliable.
Paid placement never changes a stack.
Keep the ledger and approved transactions in the accounting system.
Draft explanations from a redacted, approved extract.
Organize the reviewed pack and its access permissions.
A person prepares the extract, checks totals and approves the handoff. This proposed file-based process does not grant the assistant authority to post transactions, move money or file returns. Use your accountant’s retention and access requirements.
Connection methods are proposed from recorded capabilities, not evidence that IonBin tested the complete workflow. Check supported actions, account access and file direction before setup. "Manual" means no documented direct route is recorded here.
