Notion Meeting Intelligence
Meeting prep that pulls context from Notion over MCP and drafts an agenda or pre-read page with owners and timeboxes.

01 / Task fit
Where it may help.
These are intended uses indicated by the upstream material. They are not measured outcomes.
- Meeting prep from existing Notion notes and specs
- Agendas that need owners, timeboxes and links to sources
What it is
This skill guides an agent through meeting preparation: confirm the goal and attendees, search and fetch related Notion pages through the Notion MCP server, pick a template (status, decision, planning, retro, one-on-one or brainstorming) and draft the agenda as a new Notion page. It's written for Codex, and its setup steps use Codex commands.
Why you might use it
Use it when meeting prep means hunting through old notes and specs. It keeps links to the pages it used and asks for owners and timeboxes per item. You still decide what's on the agenda and whether the research is right.
Put it in context.
Illustrative requests and outputs to review. These examples are separate from the recorded evaluation below.
Prep a decision meeting
Example request
Prepare a 30-minute decision meeting on the Q3 pricing test. Search Notion for the test spec and last two status notes, use the decision template, and draft the page but do not share it.
What to look for. A draft Notion page with context links, the decision needed, options, owners and timeboxes.
Before you rely on it. The skill can create and update Notion pages. Review the draft before anyone else sees it.
Prep a customer meeting
Example request
Pull our notes on this account from Notion and draft a one-page pre-read with open questions. Keep research claims cited.
What to look for. A pre-read with linked sources and a list of open questions.
Before you rely on it. Notion search only finds pages your connection can see. Missing context isn't flagged automatically.
02 / Setup & access
What it asks of your environment.
Requirements
- Codex with the Notion MCP server connected over OAuth (the skill gives Codex-specific setup commands).
- A Notion workspace with the relevant pages shared with the connection.
Permissions & data access
- Searches and reads Notion pages the connected account can access.
- Creates and updates Notion pages, and may create or link tasks in a Notion database.
Instructions alone do not enforce a sandbox. The agent host, connected tools and approvals determine what the skill can actually read, change or send.
03 / Things to check
Security concerns & practical limits.
These concerns follow from the reviewed sources. They describe possible exposure or required review; they are not confirmed vulnerabilities.
Review before use
It writes to Notion
The workflow creates pages and can update them and add tasks. Use a draft area and check the result before sharing it with attendees.
Review before use
Research claims need checking
The skill asks the agent to add outside research with source links. Check any figures or benchmarks before they go into a pre-read.
Limits and nuances
- Source review of SKILL.md and the per-skill license only. Reference templates, examples and the bundled evaluation files were not reviewed.
- No Notion workspace was connected and no page was created. No meeting-quality result is claimed.

These counts refer to the cases in this report. They are not a benchmark against other skills. A source review does not establish runtime behavior.

Recorded environment
- Pinned public UTF-8 sources fetched from raw.githubusercontent.com at the recorded commit and hashed with SHA-256.

Observation
Built for Codex
Setup steps use codex mcp commands and a Codex config flag. Other agents need their own Notion MCP setup.
Evaluation limitations
