Knowledge readiness review

Find the source, permission and quality gaps in a bounded collection before it is used by an assistant.

The deliverable

A collection inventory, sample quality findings and a prioritized preparation checklist.

What the work starts with

  • A defined business question and intended audience.
  • An authorized sample of documents, with owners and access restrictions.
  • The current source locations, versions and review requirements.

How the review is structured

  1. Map the sample to source owners, permissions and update responsibilities.
  2. Inspect extraction quality, conflicting versions and missing provenance.
  3. Test whether representative questions can be answered from the supplied evidence.
  4. Record blockers and acceptance checks for the next preparation step.

What acceptance checks

  • Every sampled item has an identifiable source and owner, or a recorded gap.
  • Each finding links to evidence and names the decision or correction needed.
  • The report distinguishes observed results from untested assumptions.

Scope limits

The review covers the agreed collection and sample. It does not certify organization-wide security or compliance, redesign a business process, or deploy an agent.

The collection, permissions, sample coverage and acceptance owner must be agreed for the specific work. Private customer material is not reused across engagements.
