Turn a script into an avatar video from chat
Marketing content & social · checked 2026-10-16
Your AI platform writes a script, then creates a presenter-style video through Synthesia’s or HeyGen’s MCP server. Export the file and, after review, upload it to your channels or to MNTN for connected TV.

Public beta. Creates a draft from your workspace’s templates and avatars, then generates the final video on request. Needs a Starter or Pro plan, or an enterprise workspace that signs in through WorkOS.
Confirmed means the vendor documents it (linked). It doesn't mean IonBin has tested it. AI-platform and human steps need no source.

What we checked
Synthesia MCP is in public beta. Synthesia documents setup for Claude and ChatGPT, and says other MCP clients can point at the server URL. The tools create a draft from a script or prompt, start final generation, and search your video library. Brand-kit selection is on Enterprise plans; other plans pick a curated style or template. You can finish any draft in the Synthesia editor.
HeyGen MCP is a remote connector with OAuth and no API key. HeyGen publishes setup guides for Claude, Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Grok and others. Its tools include one-shot video generation from a prompt, video status with a downloadable video URL, and video translation.
MNTN accepts TV commercials in 15- and 30-second slots, so time the script before rendering.
