Turn it on, pick the interaction types that apply (one service can have several, such as conversing with users and generating content), and the generator adds the matching disclosure to your policy. iubenda ties this to Article 50 of the EU AI Act, whose transparency rules apply from August 2, 2026. iubenda notes that the policy is only part of it: people should also know at the point of interaction when they are dealing with AI, and that obligation stays with you even if your chatbot vendor labels itself. iubenda also offers a connector for Claude and ChatGPT that can add services to your policy and update the live version.
