ElevenLabs dubbing translates audio and video across 90+ languages and keeps the original background audio. You can run it in the app or through the dubbing API. Uploads can be up to 1 GB and 180 minutes in the app, or 3 GB per source file through the API.
Not through MCP. The ElevenLabs MCP connector page lists voice, music, image and video generation, but not dubbing. To dub with ElevenLabs, use the app or the API.
HeyGen exposes video translation as an MCP tool (create_video_translation), with voice cloning and lip-sync, so an AI platform can start a translation directly. It returns one translation job per language. HeyGen’s MCP server uses OAuth with no API key, and usage draws on your existing HeyGen plan’s credits.
