Confirmed means the vendor documents it (linked). It doesn't mean IonBin has tested it. AI-platform and human steps need no source.

Human approval

You verify facts before the deck is shared.

Watch out for

Keep the human approval step: You verify facts before the deck is shared.

Starter prompt

Goal: Get from a question to a presentable deck in under an hour. Tools involved: Perplexity, Gamma. Your part: turns the research into a slide-by-slide outline; generates the deck from the outline; exports the deck to pdf, pptx or png. Work step by step, show me each draft or proposed change, and wait for my approval before anything is sent, published, signed, filed or changed in a live system.

Which AI platforms can run it

OpenAI Codex To verify Gamma: pairing not named in vendor docs; Gamma: pairing not named in vendor docs
Google Antigravity To verify Gamma: pairing not named in vendor docs; Gamma: pairing not named in vendor docs
ChatGPT Confirmed Every MCP and API step is documented for this platform.
Gemini To verify Perplexity: code execution to verify (or run it in Make or n8n); Gamma: pairing not named in vendor docs; Gamma: pairing not named in vendor docs
Perplexity To verify Perplexity: code execution to verify (or run it in Make or n8n); Gamma: pairing not named in vendor docs; Gamma: pairing not named in vendor docs

Computed from the MCP and API steps only: "Confirmed" needs the tool's docs to name the platform and the platform to support the connection. Browser, upload and human steps work from any platform.

What we checked

Gamma’s MCP server uses OAuth and exposes tools to generate a gamma (including multi-page and from a template), check generation status, edit, search, read, and export to PDF, PPTX or PNG. Generation is asynchronous: the tool returns an ID, and the assistant polls until the deck is ready. Check every claim in the deck against its source before you share it.

Set it up

  1. Connect Gamma’s MCP server and sign in with OAuth. Gamma’s docs cover setup, access and pricing for its API and MCP.
  2. Research the topic with citations, in Perplexity or another AI platform with web search, and keep the source links.
  3. Ask your AI platform for a slide-by-slide outline with one claim per slide and its source.
  4. Generate the deck in Gamma from the outline, or from one of your templates so it matches your brand.
  5. Export to PDF or PPTX and check each slide against its source before you share it.
